Desert Trial is a 3-day event in Kingshot where you can unlock Diana by hunting the Dreadwolf. During this event, you can collect Diana shards by joining your Alliance Members’ rallies against the Dreadwolf or by starting your rallies.
How to participate?
To join the event, you first need to collect Clawshards, which you can get by hunting beasts on the World Map or through beast hunting in Intel Missions.
Once you have Clawshards, go to the “Events” page, open the “Desert Trial Event” tab, and click the “Find a Dreadwolf” button. This will take you directly to a Dreadwolf on the World Map.
You can then start a rally on the Dreadwolf for a chance to get Diana shards as drops. After defeating 10 Dreadwolves during the event, you can also claim 10 Diana shards from the “Desert Trial” event page.
Rally Participation Rewards
During the event, you can also join your alliance members’ rallies against Dreadwolves to collect even more Diana shards. Since joining rallies doesn’t use Stamina, it’s a great way to get extra rewards. You can earn up to 50 rally participation rewards over the three-day event.
Tips for the Event
- Once you unlock Diana, you can use her in your marches against Dreadwolves to save stamina. Her expedition skills lower the stamina cost for rallies, so when fully upgraded, she reduces it from 25 to 20. Plus, her second expedition skill boosts March Speed by up to 100%, making your marches much faster.
- After finishing 10 rallies against Dreadwolves, it’s better to hunt beasts instead of spending more stamina on Dreadwolves. This way, you can keep collecting Clawshards to use later once Diana is maxed out. Plus, hunting beasts during the event gives you “Challenger Pouches,” which contain some pretty good rewards.
- Don’t miss out on your alliance members’ rallies against Dreadwolves—they’re free rewards since they don’t cost any stamina!
