Kingshot has a lot of things that can be upgraded, like buildings, heroes, and gear. Many players wonder what the max level is for each of them. This article lists all the maximum level caps in the game.
Max Levels for Buildings
Some buildings can only be upgraded up to level 10, but most go up to level 30.
When your Kingdom reaches around 70 days old, the Age of Truegold begins. During this time, certain buildings—like the Town Center, Command Center, Training Camps, Infirmary, and Embassy—can be upgraded beyond level 30 to Truegold levels.

Truegold upgrades happen in tiers. To go from level 30 to TG1, you’ll go through five stages:
30-1, 30-2, 30-3, 30-4, and then TG1.
That adds 15 extra levels in total for these buildings, and even more upgrades might be added in future updates.

Max Hero and Hero Gear Levels

- Mastery Forging Max Level: 20
In Kingshot, heroes can level up to a max of 80, but to hit level 80, you’ll need a Town Center at level 26.
On the other hand, Hero Gear can go up to level 100. If you have Mythic Hero Gear, you can upgrade it through 20 special levels using a process called Mastery Forging, which requires Forgehammers. Mythic Heroes also have their own exclusive gear that needs Widgets to upgrade, and these gears max out at level 10.

Governor Gear and Governor Charms

Governor Gears become available when your Town Center reaches level 22, while Governor Charms unlock at level 25. You can find both in your profile, and they’re a huge source of power in the game.

Intel Missions / Watchtower
Intel Missions/Watchtower Max Level: 20
Intel Missions in the Watchtower can reach a maximum level of 20. You’ll unlock these missions once the Town Center reaches level 7. As you upgrade intel missions, the rewards get better.
Beasts and Terrors
On the world map, you’ll find two types of animals: Beasts and Terrors. As the state ages, higher levels of these animals become available. Beasts can go up to level 30, while Terrors max out at level 7 once the state is old enough.

Alliance Related Max Levels

- Viking from Viking Vengeance Max Level: 21
Alliances can level up to a maximum of 11. The Alliance’s Bear Pitfall can be upgraded to level 5, which gives a 25% attack boost against the Raging Bear. In the Viking Vengeance alliance event, the Viking can reach a max level of 21.
