Hall of Heroes is a weekly event in Kingshot that lasts three days, from Sunday to Tuesday. During the event, you can unlock a Mythic Hero (only available through Hall of Heroes) for your generation by spending Mark of Valors. You can buy these marks from the event store using either gems or real money.

Mark of Valors
The Mark of Valors is the main currency for making purchases in the Hall of Heroes shop. You can get these marks from “A Hero’s Witness” shop that can be found by clicking the “+” button in the Hall of Heroes store.
These are some key details to know about Mark of Valors:
- You get 1 free Mark of Valor once during every Hall of Heroes event.
- You can also claim 100 free gems each day for 3 days — that’s 300 gems total during the event.
- To unlock a hero in this event, you need 100 Mark of Valors.
- Each Mark costs 150 gems, and since you get 1 for free, you’ll need to buy 99 of them, which adds up to 14,850 gems.
- If you use the 300 free gems, it brings the total cost down to 14,550 gems.
- You can’t buy more than 100 Mark of Valors with gems. If you want more, you’ll have to buy special packs using real money.
- Mark of Valors don’t expire — they stay in your inventory forever. When your state moves to the next generation, the Mark of Valors from the previous generation can still be used in older generation’s Hall of Heroes section. But if you want to make purchases in the new generation’s Hall of Heroes, you’ll need Mark of Valors specific to that generation.
Event Packs
The event has five different packs based on rarity: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Mythic. Prices range from $4.99 to $99.99. Along with Mark of Valors, these packs also give you a good amount of gems, VIP XP, and count toward top-up rewards.
Hall of Heroes through state generations
The Hall of Heroes shop changes as your state moves into higher generations.
- In Generation 1, you can get Jabel and Saul from the shop.
- In Generation 2, Marlin is added, and Jabel and Saul become cheaper.
Basically, heroes from the previous generation get a discount as your state progresses, while the hero specific to the current generation still costs 10 Mark of Valors per shard.
Also, once your state moves to the next generation, you can get Custom Hero Widget Chests for the previous generation’s heroes. For example, in Generation 2, you’ll be able to get widgets for Generation 1 heroes.
