“Lead the residents and build a new home.”
City Development is a 2-day event in Kingshot that happens a few times during the early weeks of a new state. To earn points in this event, you can either use speedups or upgrade your Governor Gear.
Event Tasks
Following are the tasks available in the City Development event:
- Raise Governor Gear max score by 1 – 3 points
- Use 1m of Speedups for Construction – 1 point
- Use 1m of Speedups for Research – 1 point
- Use 1m of Speedups for Training or Promotion – 1 point

Rewards
The event gives rewards similar to the War Preparation and Power Up events. There are two types of rewards:
- Milestone rewards – You unlock these by reaching certain point goals. There are 4 tiers of milestone rewards, with each one needing more points than the last. The final milestone is at 16,000 points.
- Leaderboard rewards – These are given to the top 100 players in the state who earn the most points during the event. These rewards include a lot of gems and speedups.
