The Town Center is the core of your city in Kingshot. Upgrading it unlocks new features like buildings, Hero Gear, Governor Gear, Governor Charms, and more.
Once your kingdom reaches the Age of Truegold (which usually happens around day 70), you can upgrade your Town Center past level 30. This also unlocks higher levels for some other buildings — these are called Truegold levels. To upgrade them, you’ll need Truegold in addition to the usual resources like Bread, Wood, Stone, and Iron.
