Hero Gear Enhancement Chart

Hero Gears unlock when your Town Center reaches level 15 in Kingshot. You can upgrade them either by merging other gears into them or by using Enhancement XP Parts. Mythic Gears can’t be used as merge material to upgrade other gears.

There are six gear rarities: Grey, Green, Blue, Purple, Gold (Mythic), and Red.

  • Grey gear can go up to level 20
  • Green up to level 40
  • Blue up to level 60
  • Purple up to level 80
  • Mythic (Gold) can reach level 100

Once a Mythic Gear hits level 100, you can turn it into Red Gear through a process called Imbuement. This unlocks when your Town Center is level 30 and your state is about 40 days old.

To imbue Mythic Gear into Red Gear, you need:

  1. That gear to have Mastery Forging level 10
  2. Two extra Mythic Gears to merge into it

Red Gear can then be upgraded up to level 200. After every 20 levels, you’ll also need Mithril to keep upgrading it.

This is how much Enhancement XP you get when you merge a gear into another one:

  • Grey Gear – 10 Enhancement XP
  • Green Gear – 30 Enhancement XP
  • Blue Gear – 60 Enhancement XP
  • Purple Gear – 150 Enhancement XP
