The Armament Competition is a two-day event in Kingshot that unlocks once your Kingdom reaches the Age of Truegold. It’s the first event where you can earn points by using Truegold.
Event Types
The Armament Competition event comes in two types. One gives Artisan’s Visions as the final milestone reward, and the other gives Truegold. Both types also have slightly different tasks.
You can tell which one it is by the day it starts. Type 1 Armament Competition always starts on Monday and runs for two days (Monday and Tuesday), while Type 2 Armament Competition starts on Friday.
Event Tasks (Artisan’s Visions) – Type 1 Armament Competition
You can perform following tasks to earn points during the Type-1 Armament Competition:
- Raise Governor Gear max score by 1 – 3 points
- Use 1 Truegold to upgrade the building – 100 points
- Use 1 Truegold Dust for Tech Research – 50 points (unlocks with War Academy)
- Use 1 Tempered Truegold to upgrade the building – 1500 points (unlocks with TG8)
- Use 1 Rare Hero Shard to ascend Heroes – 15 points
- Use 1 Epic Hero Shard to ascend Heroes – 50 points
- Use 1 Mythic Hero Shard to ascend Heroes – 125 points
- Use any 1 Master Emblem (excluding General Emblems) – 200 points
- Use 1 Master’s Manuscript – 2 points
- Use 1m of Speedups for Construction – 1 point
- Use 1m of Speedups for Research – 1 point
- Use 1m of Speedups for Troop Training or Promotion – 1 point
- Use 1m of Speedups to Learn Master Skills – 1 points

You can perform following tasks to earn points during the Type-2 Armament Competition:
- Use 1 Truegold to upgrade the building – 100 points
- Use 1 Truegold Dust for Tech Research – 50 points (unlocks with War Academy)
- Use 1 Tempered Truegold to upgrade the building – 1500 points (unlocks with TG8)
- Raise Governor Gear max score by 1 – 3 points
- Use 1 Hero Gear Forgehammer – 800 points
- Use 1 Mithril – 8000 points
- Use 1 Widget of any Hero Exclusive Gear – 1600 points
- Use 1m of Speedup for Construction – 1 point
- Use 1m of Speedup for Research – 1 point
- Use 1m of Speedup for Troop Training/Promotion – 1 point
Rewards
The rewards in the Armament Competition depend on the event type. Type 1 gives Artisan’s Visions as the final milestone reward, while Type 2 gives Truegold.
The leaderboard rewards are the same for both types of the event. Below are pictures of both types of rewards.
