Mystic Divination is a two-day event in Kingshot that comes around every 4 weeks. In this event, you get to pick a “wish reward” that you want. After you choose it, Petra hides it under one of 10 cards and then shuffles them. Your goal is to find the card with your wish reward.
To flip the cards, you need Fortune Tokens. Each card you open costs more tokens than the one before. You can get Fortune Tokens by completing Daily Missions or by buying Fortune Token Packs.
How to play
This is how you play the Mystic Divination Event works:
- When the event starts, you’ll be asked to pick a Wish Reward from a list of four items. In Generation 1, these are usually items like Forgehammers, Governor Charm Materials, Gems, Speedups, or Hero XP—depending on how many times you’ve already found the Wish Reward in past rounds.
- After you pick your reward, Petra will shuffle 10 cards, and your chosen reward will be hidden under one of them. Your job is to flip the cards and try to find it.
- To flip a card, you need Fortune Tokens. These tokens can be earned by doing Daily Missions or from Fortune Token Packs. You also get 1 free Fortune Token each day during the event.
- The number of tokens needed goes up with each flip: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 15, 20, and 25.
- You can also reset the cards at any time and choose a new Wish Reward, but resetting also costs Fortune Tokens. The more cards you’ve flipped, the cheaper it is to reset: 15, 14, 13, 10, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 (based on how many cards you’ve flipped).
- Once you find your Wish Reward, you move on to the next round and choose a new one to hunt for.
- The event lasts 2 days, and you can get about 23 free Fortune Tokens per day—22 from Daily Missions and 1 from the Fortune Token Pack section.
- Fortune Tokens stay in your backpack even after the event ends, so you don’t lose them. You can save them and use them in the next Mystic Divination event.
Total Fortune Rewards
Total Fortune Rewards are milestone rewards you unlock based on how many cards you flip during the Mystic Divination event. The more flips you do, the more rewards you can claim. These rewards are given at 20, 100, 250, and 750 flips, and this is what you get at each milestone:
- 20 Flips:
- x5 Fortune Tokens
- x1 5-minute Construction Speedup
- x1 5-minute Training Speedup
- 100 Flips:
- x12 Fortune Tokens
- x1 1-hour Construction Speedup
- x1 1-hour Training Speedup
- 250 Flips:
- x10 Forgehammers

- 750 Flips:

Best Strategy for Mystic Divination
In this event, you spend Fortune Tokens to flip cards and find your Wish Reward. The more cards you flip, the more expensive it gets:
Flip Costs (per card):
1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 15, 20, 25 (Total for all 10 = 96 tokens)
You also have the option to reset the cards, which lets you choose a new Wish Reward. The cost to reset goes down the more cards you flip:
Reset Costs:
Starts at 15 tokens, then goes: 14, 13, 10, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 (based on how many cards you’ve already flipped)
What’s the Best Way to Play?
- Go for all 10 flips if you have enough Fortune Tokens. Even though later flips cost more, the rewards per token (especially Forgehammers) are much better. You get the highest value per token this way.
- For F2Ps, instead of spending your Fortune Tokens in every Mystic Divination event, skip a few events and save up your tokens. This way, you’ll have enough to do all 10 flips in a future event, which gives you the best value for your tokens.
- If you’re low on tokens or want to play it safe, reset after 6 to 8 flips. The return is still decent, and you avoid the really expensive flips (like 20 and 25 tokens).
- Avoid resetting early (like after 3 or 4 flips). You get poor value for your tokens this way.
