Kingdom Transfer is an event in Kingshot where players can move to a different Kingdom. The first one started on September 14, 2025, and it comes back every 40–60 days.
When the Kingdom Transfer event opens, it doesn’t necessarily mean that all servers will get it. It usually comes in batches. For example, the first one was for kingdoms 1–175.
During the event, Kingdoms are split into two types based on power:
- Leading Kingdoms → These are the stronger ones (decided by the total transfer score of the top 100 active players). They have a “Leading” tag in the list.
- Ordinary Kingdoms → The rest of the Kingdoms.
Leading Kingdoms can accept up to 30 players, while Ordinary Kingdoms can accept 55 players + 3 special invites (total 58). The Kingdom Transfer score is simply the combined Transfer Scores of the top 100 players in that Kingdom.
Requirements to Transfer

To join the event, you must meet these conditions:
- Your Power should not go over the transfer power cap.
- Your Town Center must be at the required level (this depends on the age of the Kingdom). For example, the first event needed level 25.
- You can’t be in an active battle.
- You must leave your alliance before transferring.
- You should not be a King or Transfer Manager.
- At least 25 days must have passed since your last transfer.
- You can’t already have 4 characters in the target Kingdom.
- You need enough Transfer Passes (cost depends on your Power and the Kingdom’s rating, and it can be anywhere between 1 to 50). F2P players usually need fewer than 10 passes, but whales can need up to 50.
- Both your current Kingdom and the target Kingdom must be in the same generation and have similar features unlocked.
Event Phases
The event happens in 3 phases:
- Pre-Transfer Phase (3 days: Sunday–Tuesday)
- Invitational Transfer Phase (2 days: Wednesday–Thursday)
- Open Transfer Phase (2 days: Friday–Saturday)
1. Pre-Transfer Phase
This part is mostly for the King or Transfer Manager.
- If your Kingdom doesn’t currently have a King (for example, if it lost the last Kingdom of Power event), the last King will handle it.
- Kings/Transfer Managers can set a transfer power cap so players above it can’t join.
- The transfer chat opens so players can look for new Kingdoms, and Kings can advertise their Kingdom and invite players.
- Transfers don’t actually open yet. For players, this phase is the time to search for a good Kingdom with active people and a language you’re comfortable with.
2. Invitational Transfer Phase
In this phase, Kings/Managers can send out invites.
- Leading Kingdoms: Can invite up to 20 players. The other 10 spots will be saved for the Open Transfer phase.
- Ordinary Kingdoms: Can invite up to 35 players with normal invites + 3 players with special invites (total 38).
Special invites are only for Ordinary Kingdoms and let strong players (who go over the power cap) join. Once all 3 special invites are used, your Kingdom will get 1 new special invite every month on the 1st at 0:00 UTC, up to a maximum of 3 invites.
Important things to know:
- Transfer Managers can send unlimited invites, but once the cap (20 for Leading, 35+3 for Ordinary) is reached, the rest of the invites expire.
- Even with an invite, you still need enough Transfer Passes (1–50 depending on your Power).
- If you want to move, the best strategy is to contact a Transfer Manager/King during this phase to secure a spot instead of waiting for Open Transfer.
- If accepted, you’ll be moved to a random spot on the world map of the new Kingdom.
3. Open Transfer Phase
This is the final chance to transfer.
- Leading Kingdoms: 10 slots available.
- Ordinary Kingdoms: 20 slots available.
- It works on a first come, first serve basis. If you want a spot, be ready and active at 0:00 UTC on Friday.
- You still need Transfer Passes (usually fewer than 10 for F2Ps).
Transfer Pass Packs
Transfer Pass pack prices look like this:
- 1 Transfer Pass for $5 → 1 available
- 2 Transfer Passes for $10 → 1 available
- 3 Transfer Passes for $20 → 1 available
- 4 Transfer Passes for $50 → 1 available
- 5 Transfer Passes for $100 → 15 available
They reset every month.
Transfer Consequences
When you transfer to a kingdom, it will affect several features and events.

| Town Relocation | Your town will be randomly teleported to a new location in the target kingdom’s Badland area and will receive a 24-hour shield. |
| Group Chats | You will be automatically removed from all active group chats. |
| The Arena | Your Arena Points will be reset to 1,000, and your rank will be cleared. |
| Armament Competition & Officer Project | Personal Milestone Rewards will be issued, and your ranking data will be deleted. You can participate in a new event in your new kingdom if it’s available. |
| Hero Rally | Your participation will be discontinued. If you purchased a Pass, all unclaimed rewards will be reissued; otherwise, only unclaimed rewards from completed tiers will be reissued. |
| Age of Renewal | Your participation will immediately cease. Unclaimed rewards will be sent to your mail. |
| Fishing Tournament | Your involvement will immediately cease. If you purchased a Pass, all unclaimed rewards will be reissued; otherwise, only unclaimed rewards from completed tiers will be reissued. If the Master Fisher Leaderboard tally is ongoing, you’ll receive ranking rewards based on your rank in the previous kingdom. |
| Call of the Sovereign | If the event is ongoing in both kingdoms, your progress (mission, points, and rewards) will carry over. If not, the event will terminate, and unclaimed rewards will be mailed. |
| Arcane Trove | If the event is ongoing in both kingdoms, your progress (pack content, purchase status, and rewards) will carry over. If not, the event will terminate, and unclaimed rewards will be mailed. |
| Mystic Divination | If the event is ongoing in both kingdoms, your progress (Fortune count, divination status, and rewards) will carry over. If not, the event will terminate, and unclaimed rewards will be mailed. |
| Buccaneer Bounty | If the event is ongoing in both kingdoms, your progress (points, chest status, missions, and Emporium purchases) will carry over. If not, the event will terminate, and unclaimed rewards will be mailed. All unused Pearl of Enigma will be recycled. |
| Forsaken Temple | If the event is ongoing in both kingdoms, your progress (Dice count, tile position, level, and rewards) will carry over. If not, the event will terminate, and unclaimed rewards will be mailed. All Common, Golden Dice, and Adventure Coins will be recycled. |
| Packs | The purchase limit for the Top-up Center and event packs will be reset. |
| Resources | Any resources exceeding your Storehouse protection threshold will be discarded, except for Secured Resources and unopened resource items. |
